How do I return a product?

Are you not entirely satisfied with your purchase?
For any purchase made on modologie.fr , you have 14 days to return your order easily and free of charge.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
An order paid for online cannot be returned to the institute/spa. It must be returned by mail.

Return by mail:

  1. Prepare the product for return: pack it carefully so that it is protected during transport, preferably in its original packaging.

  2. Print and complete the return form.

  3. Print the return label.

⚠️ WARNING:

  • The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, under cellophane where applicable, and accompanied by its accessories and instructions.

  • No returns are accepted at collection points. For orders delivered to collection points, returns must be made by mail only.
